Residential Entrance Signs for Twin Pines

This Twin Pines community entrance sign is one of our residential entrance signs. Twin Pines is a small community on Route 32 in West Friendship, Maryland. From our shop in Edgewater, Maryland, we designed and installed the whole entrance. It has 24-inch square posts with a natural brick veneer. Architectural caps with gold leaf finials top the posts, since molded post caps add a finished look. The sign face is sandblasted HDU with 23 karat gold leaf letters and trim. A custom handmade black powder coated stainless steel fence completes the entrance.

How Much Does a Neighborhood Entrance Sign Cost?

Many factors affect the price of a neighborhood entrance sign. First of all, prices range from about $2,000 to $25,000 or more. Large brick walls add the most to the total cost. If you already have a wall, you may only need us to change the sign face. In that case, we can suggest a budget-friendly approach.

Your choice of materials, and the size and number of faces, will also affect the cost. Metal letters and cast plaques increase the cost of the sign face. Cedar costs a bit more than HDU. Sandblasting is time-consuming, so it costs more than routing. In addition, larger signs often require heavy-duty support, custom frames, or brackets. Those options raise the cost of your project. Custom molded HDU post caps are also expensive. Likewise, cinderblock posts with a brick or stone veneer will increase the price.

A residential entrance sign should look good without a large budget. For example, smaller sign faces on 6×6 treated lumber posts look great too. Mostly, we install budget-friendly signs that suit the neighborhood. Stone and brick are excellent products, but they are not necessary for a classy appearance. Our layouts are sharp and sure to please your guests.
