Matte black letters for Patriot Point Entrance Signs.
This Patriot Point entrance sign project began with building the letters from PVC (Komacel). We sprayed them black to ensure the signs’ longevity and finished them with a matte, UV-protective clear coat. The installation included a mounting pattern to ensure proper placement of every letter.
How do we install letters on an uneven stone surface?
Mounting letters on an uneven surface can be difficult. We have a lot of experience with this type of installation, which requires patience and skill. Every Patriot Point sign sits on stone and mortar, so we take our time with each letter. As a result, every letter sits exactly where it belongs and stays in place.
Patriot Point Fitness Center Mural
We used a variety of techniques to create the mural in the fitness center. The design combines a pounce pattern, stenciling, and freehand painting for some of the finer details. Designs & Signs kindly donated this mural to Patriot Point. The Patriot Point logo looks excellent. A simple design with bold, well-matched colors creates a striking visual effect. For example, red is a highly memorable color, and hunter green complements red well.
