Interior Murals Painted by Hand at Whole Foods Annapolis

Interior Murals Painted by Hand for Whole Foods

We painted these interior murals by hand for Whole Foods Market Annapolis. If you visit the store, you will see this mural on the wall above the customer service booth as you leave. The project included many murals around the store. Our shop is in Edgewater, Maryland, and we paint interior murals on site for stores, offices, and other businesses.

How We Paint Interior Murals

First, we review the designs and do a site survey to take measurements. Next, we finalize the drawings and make our pounce patterns. At the same time, we gather the materials the job needs.

Then we mark the walls with charcoal. We rub a small bag of charcoal powder over the pounce pattern, which pushes the powder through its holes. In this way, the design transfers accurately to the wall. Finally, we begin painting, and we do not stop until the murals are finished, touch-ups and all.

Interior Architectural Murals

A mural gives a plain wall a purpose and gives customers something to look at on their way through a store. We have also painted a very large mural at Bond Street Wharf in Baltimore. It is not like most of the architectural murals we have painted over the years. However, despite its size, the process and approach stay the same, from the survey to the final touch-ups.
