Custom Rockfish Logo for Anglers
We designed a custom rockfish logo for Anglers, a family-owned outdoor sporting goods store in Annapolis. A leaping fish is a natural, straightforward way to welcome customers who love the great outdoors. Designs & Signs works from Edgewater, Maryland, and we paired the jumping fish with the store’s own logo.
Exterior Logos Need Graphic Elements
An exterior logo needs a graphic element to stand out. In this case, we took the best fish in the bay and put him up on the building for everyone to see. The jumping fish and the custom Anglers brush script look great together above the entry. In addition, the sign is so big that drivers can see it from the highway. We hope this installation brings the store a lot more business.
How We Built the Custom Rockfish Logo
First, we cut the rockfish shape from a one-inch sheet of white PVC. Next, we print the fish on Avery vinyl and apply it to the panel. Then we add a coat of matte clear to help protect the graphic from the sun. For more on how large dimensional pieces go up, please read our installation guide.
